Terms of Service

These Terms govern LeverageOS (“the Service”) operated by Takeshi Mochida. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
The Service is an online SaaS that helps turn work into reusable assets through analysis, templates, content packs, and agents. AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose; you remain responsible for final decisions. Illegal or unethical use is prohibited.
Accounts
You must register with accurate information and keep credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate the law or these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Fees and subscriptions
Free and paid plans (e.g. Pro) follow the pricing shown on the plan or checkout page (generally tax-inclusive). Paid plans are billed via Stripe at signup or at the start of each billing period and renew until canceled. After cancellation you may retain paid features until the end of the current period.
Prohibited conduct
You must not break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, reverse engineer the Service, or use it fraudulently or against public order.
Intellectual property
Software, design, trademarks, and documentation for the Service belong to the Operator or rightful owners. Subject to law and these Terms, you retain rights in your inputs and the outputs you adopt; we may use de-identified aggregates to improve the Service.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for outages, data loss, AI outputs, or third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, AI providers, etc.). Where liability cannot be excluded, damages are limited to fees you paid for the Service in the prior three months (except for willful misconduct or gross negligence).
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
