How does LeverageOS work?

LeverageOS is built around three simple steps. No heavy setup. Start by writing what you already do. It may feel like a chat at first, but it does not end as one—the kept project is the destination.

Use the words you already use on the job. No polish required. Messy notes are fine. Name the recurring job and say what you actually do, who it is for, and what “done” looks like if you know.

• Good enough: “Every month I send the same progress note: what changed, what’s next, what I need from them. I still write it from scratch.”
• You can start from text, a short chat interview, or a file—depending on what the product offers in your session.
• You do not need special tech skills. Write like you’d explain the task to a coworker.

After analysis, you see concrete options—templates, checklists, handoffs, or a small productized offer. These are forms you could reopen later, not vague advice.

• Pick the one that matches how you actually work—not the fanciest label.

This is the moment the loop becomes durable. Until you keep something, you still risk ending in disposable notes. After you keep something, you have a place to return.
